"WHILE DRIVING HOME FROM WING DING 2008 ON MY HONDA GOLDWING 1800 TRIKE, I LOST MY FRONT BRAKE PADS. KNOXVILLE WAS THE CLOSEST DEALERSHIP. THIS DEALERSHIP WAS AWESOME! EXTREMELY CLEAN! SERVICE DEPARTMENT PERSONNEL WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. I WAS QUICKLY ON MY WAY IN ABOUT 2 HOURS AND THE COST OF MY REPAIR WAS LESS THAN I HAD EXPECTED! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE. SADLY TO SAY, THIS SHOP PUTS OUR LOCAL HONDA SERVICE DEPARTMENT TO SHAME.
